SoonJung pH 5.5 Relief Toner
I received this product for free from Picky and Etude in exchange for my honest review. (I received 3 products from the Soon Jung line in this giveaway)
This product is intended for sensitive or irritated skin & is fragrance-free. It has 98.3% naturally derived ingredients. This toner features “Panthenoside” which stands for Panthenol for strengthening the skin barrier & providing hydration + Madecassoside which calms the skin & repairs skin damage.
Key Ingredients:
🔸 Glycerin
🔸 Betaine
🔸 Panthenol (Vitamin B5)
🔸 Madecassoside
🔸 Skullcap Root Extract
🔸 Tocopherol
🔸 Green Tea Extract
This is an alcohol free low-irritant weakly acidic toner with a watery consistency. I used this 2x daily, shaking the bottle to splash the toner into my hands, then applying to my face and patting into the skin to absorb. I used this toner for a couple of weeks and there is still plenty of product, as a couple of shakes is enough to cover the whole face.
It feels very cooling on my skin and absorbs quickly without any stickiness. If feels very refreshing and would be nice if you refrigerate it.
I like how it calms down redness & makes my skin feel soft & hydrated. I find that it works better for me if I apply multiple layers - during the day I do 2 layers and at night 3-4 layers.
This toner can also be used as a spot treatment to soothe any irritation by soaking cotton pads with the toner and applying onto the skin in areas needing more moisture or soothing
This is a nice basic toner for all skin types. It isn’t super hydrating for me now that it’s cold, but I think it will be great in summer especially if I keep it in the refrigerator to cool down my skin.
Nothing I can think of.
