Might irritate your skin if you are sensitive to the ingredient list but I have sensitive skin and it did not react badly to this at all.

It significantly reduces inflammation or any pimples overnight and also reduces the redness of the inflammation
It does contain alcohol if not mistaken. It does dry up the area if used too often, causing a slight itch for me. Dont really think im allergic to it though.

I don’t get pimples too often but whenever a big one appears this is the first thing I reach for. It shrinks my pimples overnight and I didn’t find it drying out my skin badly at all.
The one thing about this product is that it will likely get on your pillowcase when you sleep with it on and I find that it can be really hard to wash off your face in the morning.
