I don’t like the applicator because it’s round and it makes it very difficult to get the product because of its viscosity. It’s also herbal like scented and I don’t like it. A lot of product is wasted due to the packaging.

It's not really a butter, it's much more fluid. That's not bad but it should be known, especially as if you keep it in your pocket it warms fast and gets more liquid. The applicator is a touch awkward until you get used to it.

I'm a little disappointed, because it was advertised as if it would work miracles, and I believed it :( It's a good lip butter, as I mentioned, but for the price, I could call it bad.
