This toner does include alcohol and fragrance in its ingredients, which are not very good for your skin. I am surprised that it was very hydrating, even with alcohol as an ingredient.

This product did hydrate my skin and leave it feeling softer.
This toner is heavily fragranced and smells like baby products. It took awhile for the smell to leave. It also was sticky on my face for awhile after application.
