Very hydrating! Lip balm is an essential for me because I get chapped lips frequently. This is one of the lip balms that made my lips feel soft and supple. In my opinion, this is more of a lip balm than a lip scrub.
At first, it had that granule-like and rough texture that was supposed to be the exfoliating component but as you use it more, the ‘supposedly lip scrub’ was gone. Nevertheless, it is still worth the try!
