This is a unique makeup remover. 💦 It has the texture of jelly. It is a refreshing gel. 💦 The cool feeling of it on the skin is awesome. 💦 It is gentle and hydrating. It is not irritating at all. 💦 You do not need to rinse it.
• It does not remove the makeup well enough. • You need to proceed with a cleansing oil or balm to remove heavy and waterproof makeup. I would say it is a good second cleanser.
