I don’t think this toner is necessarily doing anything for my skin, to be honest. While it is moisturizing, I don’t think it’s adding anything I’m not already getting from the actual moisturizer. If I repurchase this line, I will skip the toner.

Toner| I haven’t used this a whole lot. But the few times I did it felt nice and left my skin feeling very hydrated. Has no scent that I am aware of!
