Balm Bae Glossy Balm
I was gifted this Stripped Beauty Balm Bae lip balm by Stripped Beauty and Beautytap for review.
I have a little lip balm problem. Actually I don't think it's a problem, exactly, more like an obsession, an infatuation, a love affair. For me, lip balm *is* bae. I'm pretty picky about it, too. I can't stand a sticky balm. It's got to be smooth and buttery but not greasy. I like it thiccc but not goopy. It needs to smell delicious but not fake and fragranced. It needs to taste either really good or like nothing at all because I'm a chronic lip biter, hence the lippie love affair. The best balms are almost always potted but I prefer a nice applicator so I can keep my balm fresh and my lips happy.
Balm Bae meets ALL of my needs. It is thick and juicy with a fresh, naturally fruity scent and barely noticeable taste. The texture is perfection...a beautifully glossy translucent-golden balm that hits all the right notes for me. It's full of lush and moisturizing ingredients including: argan oil, jojoba oil, avocado oil, castor oil, shea butter, coconut oil, cocoa butter, and vitamin E. This product is vegan, non-toxic, cruelty-free, and handmade. Last, but not least on my hits list, it comes in a tube with a lovely doe-foot applicator that helps keep keep my balm fresh until the very last swipe.
Stripped Beauty is a small-batch brand that takes pride in making high-quality and low-ingredient products that are accessible to all humans. They have a "formula first" philosophy, in which they put the most focus and research into their formulas to ensure the best quality of product, and packaging is simple and clean. With this balm, I have found a new bae, and I look forward to expanding my Stripped Beauty collection.
Nothing was bad about my experience with this product.
