Purivera - natashateh review for White Willow Toner

a hydrating toner that i'll def repurchased and recommended to anyone who've been looking for a great yet simple ingredients toner & of course cheap (> 100k IDR). lets talk abt the texture, i always like toner with thick texture because the watery one usually not hydrating enough and need to be used many layers in order to feel the hydrating feeling (u get what i mean, rite?). & this one has watery texture but suprisingly it hydrating enough eventho' im using only 2 layers & it calmed my redness(+++++). i can say this toner is one of the "simple" toner. don't get it wrong, i love simple toner like this. hydrating & calming. no breakouts whatsoever.
