At first I wasn't using this gel correctly but after I finally figured it out I thought it worked pretty great. I have cystic and hormonal acne so when I get these bad pimples I like to apply a little amount of this gel in those areas at night. They help reduce the swelling and the pimple itself within a few days along with the other products I use so I can say it's really good. A little goes a long way as I've had mine for months. It does smell a little weird I think due to the monks pepper but that is something I can deal with for the benefits
