Dior Lotion to Foam Cleanser has easily become one of my favorite foam cleansers. It’s strong enough to take off most of my makeup without leaving my skin feeling stripped and tight. One of the main ingredients is white tea leaf extract to help tone the skin. There is also fragrance in this cleanser, but I don’t mind fragrance.
