I think this product is not moisturizing enough

This product is really good when applied to the face when the weather is hot, it feels really cool. Besides being applied to the face, bio-water can also be applied to the hair and neck, a multifunctional product, right?!! The spray granules are fine and there is no fragrance at all. The ingredients are also good, there are niacinamide and glycerin.
