Cellus Mist Toner

This is a refreshing mist format toner that makes the toner application very convenient. Key Ingredients: Green Tea Callus Culture Extract, Moringa Oleifera seed Extract, Panthenol This misting nozzle is seriously on another level. The mist particles are SO FINE. When the soft mist hits my skin on a hot day, it is so satisfying.

There are too many Essential Oils in this. I find it too "fragrant", so much so that it feels like spraying a perfume mist directly on my face. I'll probably just repurpose this as a body spray.
