DIXIONIST - GracyGrace review for Cyforest Fresh PHA Toner

This mild PH-balanced toner has 95% cypress leaf extract (Chamaecyparis Obtusa Leaf Extract) that will gently exfoliate, tighten, and refresh your skin. It includes PHA and other plant extracts perfect for those with sensitive skin. 𝓟𝓗𝓐 PHAs, or Poly Hydroxy Acids, have larger molecules than the AHAs, which means that they penetrate more slowly into the skin and thus do not exfoliate as strongly as AHAs and BHA. PHAs also bind moisture to the skin and acts as antioxidants. #WhatGracySays This toner is very gentle and unscented. I used this in my PM routine for 3 weeks and in rotation with my other toners. It has a pale yellowish-brown color and watery texture that makes it easy to layer. I personally like to apply it with cotton pad first, and then despense it on my palm and gently pat it on to the skin. I love how lightweight it is and absorbed pretty fast. It didn’t sting my skin even when I had an active pimples nor cause any irritations. But unlike any acid toners I have tried, the exfoliating effect of this toner is more subtle. At first, It made me wonder if it does anything seeing how mild it is. Surprisingly, I came to enjoy it more since I have continually incorporated this in my routine, I feel that my next step of skincare penetrates more efficiently after I applied this toner. I also find that this toner leaves my skin smoother. I would highly recommend this huge bottle to people that are acne prone and sensitive skin. Update : After prolonged use it definitely helps with texture.
