Skin Essentials Conditioning Cleanser
This is supposed to be a low pH cleanser. As the name suggested, it is a mild product (suitable even for sensitive skin types) that cleanses while still leaving the skin moisturised. I agree! I have been using it for my morning cleanse & 2nd cleanse at night (if I wear makeup). My skin does not feel tight, dry/irritated after cleansing. Instead, it feels clean, refreshed but still soft, plump & hydrated.
When I first tried it, I was wondering if it is effective because my skin moisturised & has a little slip after cleansing. However, even after wiping my skin with a toner, the cotton pad remains clean. (It removes base makeup well but not eye&lip makeup, not that it claims to). I have been using it twice daily (already half way down the bottle) & I noticed that I did not break out as much as I used to. My complexion looked clearer while the redness reduced.
As long as you get used to the slight slip it leaves, I'm sure you will fall in love with it as much as I did. Sensitive skin gals (& guys), this is definitely one for you!
Scent:
No artificial fragrance but smells fresh & slightly grassy (to me)
Notable Ingredients:
Glycerin
Sodium Cocoamphoacetate - Natural, mild surfactant that increases foam, cleanses while conditioning the skin
Centella Asiatica extract - Anti-aging, anti-inflammatory & moisturising
Overall, the cleanser is formulated to be mild, soothing but effective & cleanses the dirt & oil without irritating sensitive skin, while still keeping the skin moisturised after cleansing.
None. It performs as it claims as a gentle cleanser for sensitive skin types.
