I have combination skin, and this is already my second tube of the ACO Spotless Acne Treatment Cream! It is a very accessible pharmacy product here in Northern Europe. I like its lightweight cream texture because it applies easily to target areas. It is quite effective at speeding up the healing process of active, inflamed pimples and calming down sudden red breakouts. It doesn't dry out my skin too aggressively compared to other spot treatments.
Even though it works well on surface pimples, it does not do anything for closed comedones or deep clogged pores. It doesn't seem to dissolve the plugs inside the skin, so it won't clear textured skin completely. It is strictly a targeted treatment for active breakouts rather than a solution for overall skin texture or blackheads.
