Real Barrier - bubblyvivi review for [Discontinued] Cleansing Water

I feel that it doesn't completely remove all the impurities on my face on its own. After using this on cotton, I still felt that my face was somewhat oily. So yeah, it should just be a secondary cleanser rather than a primary or stand-alone cleanser.
