Daily Essentials Double Effect Eye Make-Up Remover

Ive used this make up remover since I started wearing make up. Works pretty well for most make up but some of the strong longlasting eyeliner I wear doesn’t fully come off. Doesn’t irritate my skin or anything, very neutral in that sense.

Sometimes waterproof makeup won’t fully come off, especially around the waterline.
