Alluskin is one of local brands in Malaysia that I really love and would like to repurchase once I finish most of my skincare products. If you scroll down in my feed, you will know that I really, really like their cleanser and toner for my skin. I also made it as top three of my favourite products 🙌 • Packaging Comes in a transparent airless pump. I love this kind of packaging for a skincare product as it is easy to apply and simple. Just open its cap and pump a pea sized. • Scent No significant scent. • Texture A potent moisturiser that has a white gel-cream consistency. Easy to absorb as it has a watery cream-like-moisturiser. • Key Ingredients According to Alluskin's official website : Jojoba Oil - High content of wax esters makes jojoba oil a good repair option for skin barrier. 1% Niacinamide - Also known as vitamin B3 or nicotinamide, that has soothing and healing properties. It helps to increase the production of ceramide. Ceramide 3 - Also known as ceramide NP. It holds your skin together by forming a protective layer that helps to minimise moisture loss and create a barrier from the entry of harmful substances. Vitamin E - Fat-soluble anti-oxidant that's synthesized by plants. Acts as free-radical scavenger, thus protecting problems cause by solar radiation. • Personal Experience and Thought I have really been enjoying this moisturiser! It is a gel cream formula which is what works best for my skin. I have combination to oily skin on my face. This product also the perfect cream to put after a serum or second layer of toner. It is very hydrating without residual sheen, no greasy, no oily or too heavy feeling after application. It smells amazing and it works well as the final or the middle step of skincare routines. I also have horrible flakey skin that occurs around my nose and I live in hot humid country of all places. I use this item once in the morning along with a SPF and at night before bed. The overall colour of my skin has evened out and my blemishes are depleting. Light on my skin, but SO moisturising! I love this more than my usual ceramide moisturiser. The ceramides also help to maintain and repair skin's moisture barrier. This ceramides moisturiser are interesting because they essentially trap the moisture within the skin without giving your skin a just-moisturised-with-a-heavy-lotion look, so they provide a natural (yet healthy looking) appearance. This product can be applied to face, neck, or any dry skin, perfect for northeast winters, arid desert conditions, tropical countries and so forth. I like how soft my skin was after using this for a few days. I think with softer skin that's hydrated, with a good ingredients that provide anti-aging benefits to slow down skin's ageing process and that's what helps keep the fine line wrinkles away. And when you get older, any little bit of help is what we like and look for in a cream. It has a nice light scent that is very pleasing. It works well with my skin and it is absorbed very quickly. A little goes a long way and it spreads very easily. It has so many skin loving and nourishing ingredients and makes my skin look so much healthier. I've only been using it for a short time, but my skin is looking and feeling so much more hydrated, plumper, and smoother. I would definitely recommend it!
