Sunday Riley - chlil2002 review for Martian Mattifying Melting Water-Gel Toner

1. weirdest, most obnoxious scent ive ever come across in recent yrs. it smells earthy & funky, like im hiking in the swamp and stepped on animal feeeeeceeees. the smell lastssss and lastsssss a long time. 2. i would've/could've tried super hard to forgive the scent if it actually did do something for my oily skin or pores or acne, but it made my face red and splotchy. i tried to use less amount, just once a day, or once every 2days, but no, my face didn't like this formulation. 3. there's also a slightly "rubbery" mattifying layer on my skin which i don't find very comfortable. 4. after a week or so, the liquid in the pump bottle would solidify and if i pump it, i'll get clumps of harden gel and watery mess shooting out the bottle. so every once in a while i hv to waste a pump or 2 to get rid of those blobs, then pump a 3rd time for the "fresh liquid" i heard that it's been discontinued.
