It comes in a nice plastic tub sealed with another protective plastic cover so the essence will not spill.Comes with a small spatula which is very hygenic and helps you get the patch out of the tub.The patches is shaped perfectly fit undereye(almost shape to quarter to half moon). I find it more easy to use and place in any desired part of the skin. Patches are also thick and there's a tiny gold shimmer on the patches and the scent is like subtle sweet scent. Patches dries in couple of minutes,and that you will observed that skin absorb the essence. I am not sure about the lightening effect but the patches is very cooling, and doesn't give any irritation. My skin felt so nourished and refresh after i took it off.
