I got this at january if im not mistaken and its my first product that i tried from hayejin. Its a bi-phase toner, if you rest it, there will be 2 liquid, the bottom side was a water, and the upper side is the oil so you need to shake well before using. For me this is type of hydrating toner that will give you a tons of hydration, dry skin would really love it. And as a combination skin, i only need one layer and my skin feel so moisture. It has emmolient feels but easy to absorb, even this contain “rice oil” it doesn’t feel greasy at all. The natural scent also smell so fresh. Key ingredients is niacinamide, rice bran oil, rice bran extract, adenosine, and botanical peptides. I really love the milky texture. My skin feel so plump everytime i use this, it also strength my skin barrier and left no dull skin. For brightening effect i notice a little bit progress, and also this help me calm my redness a bit.
