My experience :
When I started using this cleanser my face before was irrirated and damaged because of the breakouts and the products I tried that doesn't worked on me. I gave this a try since it is said that it was gentle on skin. True to its claim it is the gentlest cleanser I've tried, the rich creamy foam being lathered in my skin gives a relaxing feeling. The mild floral fragrance also adds on soothing feeling. For me it is not just a gentle cleanser, it is a deep cleanser because of how it removes dirt and impurities in your pores. It doesn't leave your skin tight or squeaky feeling, it's so mositurizing. It's because of the double hyaluronic acid. (I personally love hyaluronic acid. ). My skin barrier improves as I rarely had breakouts now. For your reference I have oily acne prone skin and it suits my skin type. It doesn't cause me breakouts and it lessen my oilyness. That's because it has a lot of hydrating ingredients. This was my holy grail since 2020. I'm still looking for a cleanser that may beat this but so far, I haven't seen so I'll still stick with this.
It has a ph level of 8.8 which is I know bad for the skin but lemme explain why this is still my holy grail. We all opt to low ph level when it comes to products but we can still use higher ph levels just make sure you will use your toner to balance your skin's ph level. For further explanation (I'm no good at explaining things on detail) here's the link I may provide so you can clarify things on your own.
