Lumin - emmaD review for Dark Circle Defense

I was excited to try this as I have dark puffy eyes at times. It feels so smooth and fresh when applied and doesn't feel too heavy. I felt it did make a little difference and my undelete did look a little brighter but it wasn't the final effect I was looking for. It is great to make ur eyes feel fresher but didn't make my dark circles any better
