It also regulates skin's pH. Ingredients: ☀️Propolis Extract- accelerate epiderm's recovery process. Has strong antibacterial properties and is effective in treating inflamation. ☀️Niacinamide ☀️Lactic Acid and Salicylic Acid My opinion: Honestly I'm a little dissapointed by this product....it didn't do anything that was promised. I haven't noticed brightening effects or hydration. The only positive effect I noticed was its calming effect I was really nice to use it before bed to sooth the skin. Other than that nothing special...and the price is high as for a toner.
