In my experience using step 2, the texture is a little thick but absorbs quickly. after using step 1, i use step 2. I don't know if there are any changes after using this serum, it feel hydrated but that much. it's just cold on the skin. Packaging 💕 with bottle packaging that is still green like step 1 but with a dropper cap. the price is cheap too like the step 1.
