Back story:
I got this Jeju Aloe Ice from Fresh Skinlab last December of 2019 when it was still so hyped up. I thought that I should give it a try and here I am after 1 and a half years.
Good Thoughts:
This is an affordable yet quality product. A MUST-TRY HOLY GRAIL.
The product comes in a gel type, in a generous amount of 230ml. I often use this as a mask every night to calm my skin down.
It also contains good ingredients like panthenol which is great for hydration and moisturizing effects. Panthenol is great for boosting our skin's elasticity plus it has anti-inflammatory effects too.
Other than that, it has Aloe Vera, Allatoin and Centella Asiatica for soothing effects too.
When I use this as a mask at night, my skin looks healthy and calmed in the morning. I notice that it lessened my redness and has given me a glowy look when applied, although in the morning the gel seems to have been fully absorbed in my skin.
I also use this as a shaving gel for armpits, and leg and arm hair. And, I store it in the fridge for extra cooling effect, whenever I feel like it. 😉
Bad thoughts:
The only bad thing about this is the parfum and the alcohol content. It has a mild scent of floral, maybe it comes from the Aloe Barbadensis Leaf. It also has alcohol which is a no no for sensitive and dry skin, because it can cause irritation and further dryness. However, I guess the other ingredients for soothing has overpowered the alcohol and parfum hence I did not experienced breakout or dryness with the product.
