This has AHA, BHA, PHA & LHA. I use this in the essence stage, after a hydrating toner and before my serum. I drop 5-10 drops on my palms and pat it on to my face. This helped my skin become brighter, I got many complements that my skin was glowing! This is a lightly exfoliating toner but also has triple hyularonic acid which keeps skin hydrated. I personally didn't see much hydration from this toner that's why I added a hydrating toner before this.
