Takes two washes to remove eye makeup...

Leaves my skin feeling dry. Hasnt helped my acne at all.

Can I suggest using an oil or balm cleanser first? I prefer balms. All cleansers need two washes to remove sunscreen and makeup, or should follow a balm/oil cleanse.
