First scoop and I can see the "jelly-like and whipped gel-cream" texture as described in site. It's almost pudding-like which I was unsure if I'll like it. I used this every other night in replacement of my regular moisturizer. Applying on excessively dampened skin by dotting, it won't adhere so well. You have to press it on skin and gently rub it. I learned to apply it to not so damp skin and it worked. It's thick and gives an occlusive feeling. My skin feels slightly warm at first, but then it settles nicely after few minutes without heaviness or tackiness. I'm skeptical with overnight results, but touching my skin the next morning, it's slightly firmer. I can see this belonging to my barrier-repair products.
