Clear Collective Balancing Capsule Toner

Packagingš
:
Truth be told, I love this packaging. It doesnāt feel flimsy and is just as aesthetically pleasing as its matching cleanser. Itās easy to disperse the right amount of toner and Iāve had no issues of this spilling when I pack it in a travel bag.
šøTexturešø:
This toner is formulated with little oil capsules that are supposed to dissolve as you pat it on your skin. Itās not too viscous but itās definitely a lot thicker than watery/runny toners (such as Skin 1004 Centella Toner, which somehow feels lighter than actual water).
āļøResultsāļø:
It works really well when paired with the matching clear collective cleanser and moisturizer. I love how it hydrates my skin without making it look or feel greasy. It helps with my oil production and simultaneously provides adequate hydration, which is impressive since a lot of skincare products donāt have such a perfect balance.
I certainly think that this is a great product for the price, especially for combo skin types. Iām not sure if I would recommend it to someone with really oily or really dry skin. Itās definitely a unique and innovative toner and overall Iāve enjoyed using it!
Although the oil capsules are an interesting idea, I donāt really like how not all of the capsules are easily dissolved. I use this toner by patting it on my face since thatās my preferred method of applying toner, but I donāt think it would work well with cotton rounds because of its viscosity. My skin doesnāt ādrinkā this up very quickly. Itās not ideal for layering since itās not thin enough, but it does make my skin look and feel plump enough for my liking. These are all pretty minor complaints though.
