Picky08351 review for Madagascar Centella Toning Toner

This is amazing. I love toners. I will try any toner I am given. This is a beautiful product packaged thoughtfully in a easy to use bottle. The Centella is claimed to be derived from Madagascar. It does seem to be evening out my skin so far. I would definitely buy this. Update: I've been using this daily and my skin loves it. It's evening out my skin tone beautifully with a gorgeous glow. I highly recommend this!
