It has a faint smell thats a bit strange and hard to describe. Its also quite thick, and a bit time-consuming when trying to massage iy into the skin. It can take a few minutes to fully absorb. It also leaves a faint, short-lived white cast. I find that pumping it onto the back of your hand and then applying to a dry, not damp, face helps with this. All of this is forgiveable for such an affordable and great quality product
