This hyper lift eye works really really good. You can apply it straight to your skin with no makeup OR apply it on top of your finished foundation. You take a very small amount and Dan it under your eyes, then let it dry while your face remains expressionless. It absolutely does instantly lift your skin AND gets rid of those under eye bags. It does not however last all day and after it wears off your left with a dry’ish spot under your eyes that actually make your skin look more wrinkly up close.
