Dr. Hauschka - skinoasis review for Soothing Cleansing Milk, for All Skin Conditions

Exerperience: The cleansing power of this is quite pathetic. As a first cleasner it only gets rid of 50% of the oil; makeup; sunscreen on your face while leaving behind a slightly tacky residue. So it’s not very effective. It’s very gentle and mild but too mild to the point it can hardly clean the skin. Application: This gets absorbs into the skin just after about 5 seconds of rubbing it in so i didn’t get much time to really work it in and message it into my skin. Formulation: Contains alcohol as it’s second ingredient ( i believe this is why it aborbs into the skin so quickly) but it can potentially be irritating and drying to the skin. My skin felt oily but dry after using this. I feel like the high concentration of alcohol cancels out any good ingredients they put into it. Would i repurchase or recommend ? No definitely not. It did not do anything for my skin. It could not do its job of cleansing my skin properly. It’s also very pricey. Wouldn’t recommend it either ( even if you have sensitive skin) because this is loaded with fragrance . There are many other cheaper alternatives with a similar texture but fragrance free formula . Loads of fragrance so not ideal for a sensitive nose or skin allergic/ reactive to fragrance . It retails at around 39 USD for 4.9 ounce . I usaully require 3-4 pumps to cover the whole face so it finishes very fast.
