City Beauty - ChrisB review for City Lips

City Lips definitely gives you plump lips but you need to apply it thru the day and at night like a lip mask. If you quit for a few days your lips go back to normal and the skin seems tighter than normal and less hydrated. I prefer the gloss vs the matte. The matte colors are highly pigmented and darker than what is shown in the ad. I go for a less is more look. I personally think the gloss plumps better.
