Dr Organic - Stef2588 review for Rose Otto Skin Toner

I am surprised this doesnt have more reviews! I lvoe this toner and have been using it consistenlt for about 2-3 years now. I love the smell of witch hazel although i know its not to everyones taste! Leaves my skin lovely and refreshed and removes all the dirt, oil and make up. I dont need to use tooany cotton pads as takes my make off easily. Would recommend for dry and sensitive skin
