So when my favourite brand , Anua launched a birch line, I immediately place an order. This toner is in a lightblue colour (NOT artificial colour) that can help my skin to remove oil and lock in moisture at the same time. For dry skin, it also contain Panthenol and 10 hyaluronic acid that can reinforce skin protection and replenish hydration. Also, they introduce that have instant cooling effect after applying but I didn’t feel it. It have a watery texture and absorb quickly also I didn’t feel tacky after applying multiple layer.
