In terms of hydration, I don’t feel it. It’s more to cooling. It is like a toner that has undergo processes to become solid-liquid 😭. Once I apply on my skin, the gel runs like hell. It is too watery. I would say this is not a moisturiser. However, you can try this with any facial oils, to retain the moisture of your skin. I’ve tried it and it feels much much better ❤️
