One product for eyes and lips

I was expecting perfect hydrated under eyes in the morning but actually I did not get this result. The product is a gel and a little bit sticky after apply. Unfortunately even the next morning under the eyes I had that sticky feeling. I give 2 stars for the lips, but even here if you don’t like the sticky effect I don’t recommend it.
