There is a step number in each packaging so we don't have to be confused about which one to use first. 💚Reviews: I love this serum so much. It absorbs easily into the skin, is lightweight, and feels more moisturizing than the toner. I feel like my acne has matured faster, and I'm thankful that it doesn't feel tingling when I use it.
