It does have a citrus scent like the toner but I don’t find it to be overpowering. I like that it’s lightweight and goes onto the skin easily. It does take a bit to fully absorb into the skin. Once absorbed there is no tackiness or greasy feeling left behind. It gives your skin a nice glow and leaves skin feeling soft and hydrated.
