It&#39;s basically witch hazel &amp; it is overpriced.

I got a small sample of this &quot;toner&quot; from Thayer&#39;s &amp; was pretty disappointed. It&#39;s basically witch hazel with a few added ingredients. Witch hazel is more of an astringent than a toner. Save yourself some money &amp; just buy witch hazel. It&#39;ll do the same thing for a fraction of the price.
