Micellar Water 3 In 1 (Moisturizing)
I just bought this out of curiousity of wanting to try L'oreal's micellar water and something that has rose extract.
This is a pretty good micellar water. As someone who wears little to no makeup, this was good enough as a first cleanser for me.
CHECKLIST:
✔ budget friendly & accessible
✔ doesn't have a bothering smell
✔ feels smooth on skin
✔ does the job in removing makeup (for me)
Unfortunately, I wasn't enjoying this product when I was using it. I didn't find it refreshing (something I want when doing skincare) when I apply it.
I used a little of the bottle and give it to my cousin who wears makeup, who then said that this micellar water stings on the eyes.
