tbh i didn’t really really the full ingredient list when i got this so that’s on me 😬🤡
❗️the biggest oof is the fact that this contains a formaldehyde releaser (imidazolidinyl urea)🥴 it also contains a couple other icky type preservatives, methylisothiazolinone being one of them 😫🥴🤢
❗️the big bottle is actually a disadvantage, it’s harder to take the product somehow
🗣 thoughts: this was a basic, underwhelming hyaluronic acid serum. it does what you’d expect it to—hold in hydration. i didn’t really enjoy the tacky finish, and how my skin gets tight if i use this on mostly dry skin. but i guess that’s true for most HA serums too. I’ve taken to using this at night, after a centella serum since that has a lot of water. i mean, it’s very affordable so that’s a plus, but with the ingredient list and everything, i don’t think it’s worth the money. overall there was nothing exciting about this and knowing what i know i really wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
💸 will i repurchase? no thank you. even if i had read the ingredient list and was somehow okay with it, the actual formulation was meh to me. plus i don’t really need a serum that just has HA since it’s an ingredient used in a lot of my other skincare
