I got this product for free when I bought a hair colour. When I applied it felt watery and absorbed fast also has a white caste like , 🤨i got confused and the next day I woke up with irritation and pimples on my face

I got pimples the day after I applied and it irritated my skin. It has fragrance and also white caste that I don't understand. Cause I've never seen a white caste in a vitamin c
