These pimple patches come in 3 different sizes and there are 44 pieces (2 sheets with 22 patches each) in one pack. The price is really good especially compared to other brands which often are the same price or higher for less patches. I'm through with several packages and they've helped with quite some painful pimples. They are similar to the original Cosrx patches, just that these contain 44 patches instead of 24 in one pack. I love getting these, especially if there's a nice discount somewhere 😊
