kendracxy review for Marine Care Cream Toner

This is a creamy and milky toner with a light marine scent, which feels like rice water to me. This toner gets absorbed quickly by my skin and my skin feels soft and supple right after application. Despite the consistency, it does not feel sticky at all. I have been using this toner for the past week or so and I really love how my skin is plump and hydrated!
