Neulii AC Clean Saver Toner Pad Review Its a toner pad for all skin type that aims to smooth, moisturize, calm and clean the skin. It contains BHA (salicylic acid and winter green leaf extract) which helps remove dead skin cells. WhatJulianDSays An overdue post but here were are! Been using this for more than a month now and it just makes my routine convenient for me. It’s my all around toner at the moment- after I workout, going home after a day’s work or as my night time toner mask sheet when Im too tired and impatient to use an actual sheet mask. Used as my first toner after cleansing, I wipe away impurities that could’ve been left and I tap the remaining essence on my skin to get its full benefits. What I love about it is it’s easily buildable with the other products (serum, creams) in my routine. This leaves my skin feeling clean (but not tight) and a bit dewy. I’ve had less breakouts since I’ve been using it post work-out too. Being light, doesn’t feel as hydrating so it’s really one of those exfoliating or cleaning toners, I layer it up with thicker and hydrating products. Notable Ingredients: Gosam and Bogoji Fruit Extracts and Oyster tree extracts which makes the skin clean (herbal plants with antibacterial properties) by protecting it from the various factors that cause skin trouble. Others include: CICA, Hyaluronic acid, Green Tea Extract. Caution: has alcohol at the 3rd of the list, Orange peel oil, Lavender oil, limonene (commonly used as fragrance at the bottom of the list) It is very hygienic to use as it comes with a mini glass tong so you don’t have to pick the pads with your fingers. It has a light pleasant minty smell that doesn’t linger.
