It's been two weeks since I've used this line, and I'm pleased to report they perform well. These products work well alone, with other skincare brands; and with one another, they can help speed up the healing process of acne inflammation or breakouts. (See photos for before & after).
πTea Tree CICA Acne Foam Cleanser 150ml
An intense soothing foam cleanser that effectively removes impurities while staying gentle. Infused with salicylic acid to exfoliate skin and combat acne breakouts.
It has a creamy texture that foams up nicely and non-stripping. Out of the three products, this has the most evident sour citrusy scent with a hint of bitterness, so be aware if thatβs not your jam. It does bother me at first but I get used to it already. I used it every day for the first week, but because it includes salicylic acid, I now only use it once a day in the morning. It doesn't feel dry after rinsing; my face feels clean but not peeled. In terms of exfoliation, it's a chemical exfoliation, but it's really mild and gentle, not harsh.
They've worked as expected for someone with sensitive & acne-prone skin (providing treatment while still being gentle enough for regular use - given the low acidity pH of all of the products used and lack of harsh chemical agents). This line could be beneficial if you have mild to moderate acne.
